"To me, being a fellow at Nativity means learning more about being an educator alongside middle school boys who are learning more about themselves. As a fellow, I worked to encourage young minds to become the best they can be. The fellowship provided the opportunity for me to grow personally and professionally through daily moments of joy and challenge.”

Sarah Swanson
Teaching Fellow 2022-2024
"At Nativity, the sense of community is truly special, weaving tight bonds between us all. As a teaching fellow, my cohort became my lifeline, forging friendships that endure beyond the classroom. With guidance from a remarkable mentor, I found my footing. Staying on as a lead teacher was a natural choice, fueled by the deep connections I formed with students. Watching them evolve has been my greatest joy. Now, as my first class prepares to graduate, I'm filled with pride and gratitude for the privilege of being part of their journey."
