Co-Curricular Program
Through our interscholastic sports teams, students compete with pride, grow in discipline, and represent our school community with heart. Whether on the field, court, or track, our athletes learn what it means to lead, to strive, and to support one another.
Interscholastic Sports
Baseball
Baseball teaches students hand-eye coordination, strategic thinking, and teamwork. It provides a supportive environment for athletes to build their skills in hitting, fielding, pitching, and base running. It also helps students understand game strategy and enjoy the spirit of competition.
Basketball (JV and Varsity)
Basketball helps students develop core skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and defensive techniques. It provides an opportunity for athletes at all levels to improve their game, build confidence, and compete as part of a team. The JV level focuses on skill development and understanding the fundamentals, while the varsity level offers more advanced play, emphasizing strategy, leadership, and school representation. Both levels promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic on and off the court.
Track and Field
Track and field offers something for everyone with a variety of events including sprints, distance runs, relays, jumps, and throws. Students learn to set personal goals, build endurance, and support teammates in a sport that balances individual effort with team spirit. It’s a great way to stay active and discover new athletic talents.
Soccer
Soccer is a fast-paced, team-oriented sport that builds endurance, coordination, and communication skills. Players learn passing, dribbling, shooting, and defensive strategies while working together toward a common goal. It encourages teamwork, discipline, and a love for a popular sport.
